Our focus is to preserve and protect this breed that we love! We are very passionate about researching pedigrees to match together the best health, temperament, and structure possible. ​We breed to either keep something for ourselves or to co-own with someone we trust, and always to improve our own dogs and the breed as a whole.

Our ideal puppy homes will enrich their dogs' lives though daily activities, whether that be at-home trick training, regular outings, hikes, performance sports, and/or dog shows. Kooikers excel at being loving pets first and foremost, but many of them have the ability and drive to do so much more! If you are ever curious about participating with your puppy in performance events, we are more than happy to guide you! Many AKC events are extremely beginner-friendly and as Kooikers were primarily bred to work closely with their owners, it will help strengthen your bond and partnership even more!

Special puppies may go to show homes, sport homes, and/or be kept in our breeding program to further improve our lines and the quality of Kooikerhondjes in the United States (as long as they pass all health clearances). We may also import new bloodlines from Europe, and would be happy to co-own these imports with active, experienced homes.
